💸 Fees, Payouts & Commission

  • Platform commission: 20% standard; 15% once you maintain 1,000+ active subscribers.
  • Processor fees & reserves: Card processing fees and any security reserve/hold set by the payment processor are passed through.
  • Payouts: Paid on the schedule and by bank transfer or Paxum. Minimum payout £50 Bank / £20 Paxum, smaller balances roll over.
  • Refunds & chargebacks: Reversed from creator earnings (including any processor dispute fee). Negative balances carry to future payouts.
  • Taxes: We issue self-billed invoices and (where required) collect/remit VAT on qualifying sales. Creators remain responsible for their own income taxes.


 💳Payout Schedule

  • When we pay: Request a payout any time from your profile. We process payouts twice weekly—Wednesday and Thursday—for cleared earnings.
  • Cut-offs:⏰

    • Requests received by Tue 23:59 UTC → paid Wednesday
    • Requests received by Wed 23:59 UTC → paid Thursday
    • After these times, your request rolls to the next run.

  • Earnings maturity: Card payments become withdrawable 7 days after purchase (14 days for your first payout).
  • Minimum payout: £50 (bank) / £20 (Paxum). Smaller balances roll to the next cycle.
  • Fees & FX : Any bank/processor fees and currency conversion are passed through and itemised on your statement.
  • Negative balances: Refunds/chargebacks may reverse earnings. If your account goes negative, we’ll offset it from future payouts.
  • Bank holidays & time zone: All cut-offs are UTC. If a pay out day is a bank holiday, we pay the next business day.
  • Compliance: We may place temporary holds to meet legal/processor risk checks. Any hold is shown on your Earnings page.
