By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this ID Policy.

Minimum Age Requirement

This ID Policy mandates that all users, including Fans and Content Creators, must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of age in the form of government-issued identification to verify a user's age at any time. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user's account.

Compliance with Terms of Service and Acceptable Use ID Policy

All parties, including MorethanFanz, Fans, and Content Creators, are required to comply with the ID Policy as part of their agreement to use the Platform. This compliance is essential to ensure the safety and integrity of the Platform, as well as to adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

By accessing or using the Platform, Fans and Content Creators agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which includes adherence to the ID Verification. Failure to comply with these policies may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Platform.

MorethanFanz reserves the right to modify the ID Policy, Terms of Service, and Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Parties will be notified of any changes through the Platform's communication channels. It is the responsibility of Fans and Content Creators to review any changes and ensure ongoing compliance.

Rationale for Age and Identity Verification

This ID Policy is a cornerstone of MorethanFanz’s commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible online environment. It ensures that users and creators engage in compliance with applicable laws concerning age restrictions and identity verification.

By verifying both the age and identity of individuals accessing or contributing to the Platform, MorethanFanz aims to:

·         Protect minors from accessing age-restricted material.

·         Ensure that all Content Creators are of legal age to share adult content.

·         Enhance account security and prevent unauthorised access.

·         Comply with legal standards including the UK Online Safety Act 2023, the Digital Economy Act, and 18 U.S.C. §2257

Verification Process for Creators and Fans

In accordance with the Terms of Use, MorethanFanz requires all Content Creators and Fans to complete a verification process appropriate to their role to ensure a safe and compliant experience.

MorethanFanz partners with Ondato, a certified verification provider, using distinct verification levels for creators and users:

·         Content Creators must complete full identity verification (KYC) through Ondato. This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID, selfie verification, and document authentication. These checks satisfy the requirements of the UK Online Safety Act 2023, the Digital Economy Act 2017, and 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping standards.

·         Fans (Users) complete age-assurance verification using Ondato’s Age Verification Service, which confirms that the user is 18 years of age or older without requiring or storing identification documents. This system is certified under PAS 1296 and approved for compliance with Ofcom’s Online Safety Act guidelines.

Only verified users (18+) and fully verified creators may access or interact with content on the Platform.

MorethanFanz does not store ID documents for users undergoing age verification. Ondato provides an encrypted token to confirm that a user has successfully passed age verification. All verification data is handled in compliance with the UK GDPR and MorethanFanz’s Privacy Policy.

Compliance with the Online Safety Act 2023

MorethanFanz’s verification procedures are designed to comply with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and Ofcom’s Codes of Practice for services hosting pornographic content.

·         The Platform uses certified age-assurance technology (PAS 1296) to prevent under-18s from normally encountering adult material.

·         Full KYC verification is required for all Content Creators to confirm legal age and authenticity.

·         This dual-tier system is privacy-preserving, proportionate, and meets Ofcom’s requirement for “effective and reliable age verification.”

In implementing this ID Policy, MorethanFanz, via Ondato, employs a range of tools and technologies to verify the identity of creators and the age of users. All users are required to comply with their respective verification process. Failure to do so may result in restricted access or account termination.

Ondato employs a combination of human moderation and advanced technology to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all verifications.

·         Creators undergo document and selfie verification reviewed by trained human moderators.

·         Users are verified through automated age-assurance systems designed to provide fast, reliable confirmation of age without collecting or storing personal ID information.

This combination of human oversight and technological precision ensures a safe and trustworthy environment for all participants on the Platform.

Account Application Review Process

All applicants are subject to verification appropriate to their role:

·         Creators must submit a government-issued photo ID clearly showing their full name, date of birth, and photograph.

·         Fans (Users) complete Ondato’s age-assurance process confirming that they are 18 years or older. No document upload is required for Fans.

MorethanFanz will approve creator accounts only after KYC verification is complete. Fans gain full access once Ondato confirms the user’s 18+ status via an encrypted token.

Follow-up Checks and Re-verification

MorethanFanz reserves the right to conduct follow-up checks and re-verification of both Fans and Creators at any time. This may include requesting additional documentation or reconfirming age-assurance status if verification tokens expire or regulations change.

Failure to complete re-verification when required may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account

Consequences of Failing Verification Checks

If a Fan or Content Creator fails to successfully complete the required verification process:

·         Temporary Suspension: The user’s account may be suspended pending review.

·         Account Termination: Failure to meet the verification requirements after review may result in permanent account termination.

·         Re-Verification: Users may be required to repeat the verification process if fraudulent activity or discrepancies are detected.

·         Restricted Access: Until verification is completed, access to certain features of the Platform will be limited.
