An AI Model on Morethanfanz refers to any character or persona whose likeness, imagery, voice, or text content is generated using artificial intelligence, including but not limited to:
- Image generators (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Leonardo.ai)
- Text generators (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4)
- Audio/voice AI (if applicable)
- Motion or video synthesis (if used in future)

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All AI models and their related content are:

- Created and owned by Elhuevo worldwide Ltd.
- Protected under applicable intellectual property law.
- Not available for public use, reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission.

We may register trademarks or copyrights related to certain AI models to protect brand identity and prevent impersonation.

4. Transparency and Labelling

To ensure clarity and user trust:
- All AI creators will be clearly labelled with “AI-Generated”, either on their profile, bio, or content area.
- All content and interactions from these AI models are fictional and not intended to impersonate real people.
- Conversations and replies from AI creators may be automated and generated using language models such as ChatGPT.

5. User Interactions and Expectations

By engaging with AI models, users acknowledge that:

6. AI Model Conduct & Content Guidelines

While AI models may express adult themes, all content generated adheres to:
- The UK Obscene Publications Act 1959
- The Online Safety Act 2023
- The Protection of Children Act 1978

Prohibited AI content includes but not limited to:
- Depictions of minors or underage characters (real or simulated)
- Non-consensual themes
- Extreme violence or bestiality
- Misleading or non-labelled AI that may resemble real individuals

7. Data Collection & AI Responses

Some interactions with AI models may be logged for:
- Quality control
- Moderation
