MoreThanFanz does not produce or create content and operates solely as an intermediary platform that hosts user generated content.

MoreThanFanz does not act as the primary producer of content. All records required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are the responsibility of the respective content creators who produce and upload content to the platform.

Records are maintained by the primary producers and are not stored directly by MoreThanFanz.

Scope of Content

MoreThanFanz facilitates the hosting and distribution of user generated content. All content uploaded to the platform is provided by independent creators.

Creators are required to confirm that all individuals appearing in content are 18 years of age or older at the time of production and that all necessary records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable regulations are properly maintained.

MoreThanFanz utilises third-party verification services, including Ondato, to verify that creators are 18 years of age or older before their profile is published on the Platform. Prior to receiving their first payout, creators must complete full identity verification (KYC) through Ondato.

Uploading content to MoreThanFanz constitutes confirmation that the creator complies with these requirements and accepts full responsibility for maintaining all applicable records.

MoreThanFanz may implement internal systems to support content compliance, including identity verification and content tagging, however these systems do not replace the obligations of creators to maintain full and accurate records.

Third Party Content

MoreThanFanz relies on the representations, warranties, and certifications provided by content creators as primary producers. By uploading content, creators confirm that they maintain all required documentation, including age verification and consent records, in accordance with applicable laws.

MoreThanFanz reserves the right to request documentation, remove content, or suspend accounts where compliance cannot be reasonably verified.

MoreThanFanz does not participate in the creation, production, or direction of content and does not employ or contract performers.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
