1 About this policy
1.1 Together with our Terms of Use, this acceptable use policy (Policy) governs how you may
access and use MoreThanFanz, all associated sub-domains, web-apps and mobile apps
(Platform).
1.2 We take the safety and wellbeing of all of our users and the integrity of our Platform extremely
seriously.
1.3 You should read this Policy carefully before using the Platform.
1.4 By accessing or using the Platform or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be
bound by this Policy, which supplements our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with or accept
any part of this Policy, you should stop using the Platform immediately.

1.6 In this Policy:
‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Elhuevo Worldwide Ltd, trading as ‘MorethanFanz’;
‘user’ means any registered user of the Platform; and
‘you’ or ‘your’ means any person accessing or using the Platform or its content.
2 Acceptable use
We permit you to use the Platform only for personal and lawful purposes. Use of the Platform
in any other way, including any unacceptable use set out in this Policy, is not permitted.
3 Unacceptable use
3.1 As a condition of your use of the Platform, you agree not to use the Platform:
3.1.1 for any purpose that is unlawful under any applicable law or violates the rights of any
third-party, or is prohibited by this Policy or our Terms of Use;
3.1.2 to commit any act of fraud or other financial crime;
3.1.3 use the account of another User, including any materials accessible through the
account without authorisation or create false or misleading accounts on the Platform;
3.1.4 falsely claim any association or endorsement by us or any other legal person;
3.1.5 impersonate us or any of our staff or contractors for any reason;
3.1.6 copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from, any portion of
the Platform without our prior express written permission;
3.1.7 engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user’s use or enjoyment of
the Platform, including bullying and harassment, which, as determined solely by us,
may harm the integrity of the Platform or other users;
3.1.8 to distribute viruses or malware or other similar harmful software code;
3.1.9 for the purposes of promoting unsolicited advertising or sending spam;
3.1.10 to simulate communications from us or another service or entity in order to collect
identity information, authentication credentials, or other information (‘phishing’);
3.1.11 in any manner that disrupts the operation of our Platform or business or the Platform
or business of any other entity;
3.1.12 in any manner that harms minors;
3.1.13 to promote any unlawful activity;
3.1.14 to represent or suggest that we endorse any other business, product or service unless
we have separately agreed to do so in writing;
3.1.15 to gain unauthorised access to or use of computers, data, systems, accounts or
networks; or
3.1.16 to attempt to circumvent password or user authentication methods.
4 Instant messaging, chat rooms and other interactive services

4.1 We may make instant messaging, chat rooms or other communication services (Interactive
Services) available on the Platform.
4.2 We are not obliged to monitor or moderate any text, images, video, audio or other multimedia
content, information or material (Content) submitted to our Interactive Services. However,
where we do monitor or moderate Content, we shall indicate how this is performed and who
should be contacted in relation to any Content of concern to you.
4.3 We may remove or edit any Content submitted to any of our Interactive Services whether
they are moderated or not.
4.4 Any Content you upload must comply with our Content standards set out in clause 5 below.
4.5 By submitting any Content, you grant to us a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive,
transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and
display the Content (in whole or in part) on the Platform, and on any other Platforms operated
by us, or on any other medium, indefinitely.
 
5 Content standards
5.1 Any Content you submit to our Interactive Services and any other communication to users of
our Platform by you must conform to standards of decency and lawfulness, which shall be
applied in our discretion, acting reasonably.
5.2 In particular, any Content or communication submitted by you must be:
5.2.1 your own original work and lawfully submitted without violating the intellectual
property rights of any third-party;
5.2.2 provided with the necessary consent of any third party participating in the Content;
5.2.3 not defamatory or likely to give rise to an allegation of defamation;
5.2.4 not offensive, obscene, discriminatory or deceptive; and
5.2.5 not breach any other terms of this Policy or the Terms of Use.
5.3 Any posting of Content that constitutes revenge porn will be treated extremely seriously by X
Punting. If you are a victim of revenge porn posted to our Platform, please contact us
immediately. We will ensure that the Content will be removed as soon as it is reported and
we will pass on details of your complaint to the relevant authorities where the law has been
broken in revenge porn cases.
6 Linking and framing
6.1 You may link to our Platform, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not
damage our reputation or take advantage of it. We prefer that you link to our Platform
through the text link, banners and social media links provided.
6.2 You may create a link to our Platform from another Platform without our prior written consent
provided no such link:
6.2.1 creates a frame or any other browser or border environment around the content of
our Platform;
6.2.2 implies that we endorse your products or services or any of the products or services
of, or available through, the Platform on which you place a link to our Platform;
6.2.3 displays any of the trade marks or logos used on our Platform without our permission
or that of the owner of such trade marks or logos; or
6.2.4 is placed on a Platform that itself breaches this Policy.
6.3 We reserve the right to require you to immediately remove any link to the Platform at any
time, and you shall immediately comply with any request by us to remove any such link.
7 Using our name and logo
You may not use our trade marks, logos or trade names except in accordance with this Policy
and our Terms of Use.
8 Breach
8.1 We shall apply the terms of this Policy in our absolute discretion. In the event of your breach
of this Policy we may terminate or suspend your use of the Platform, remove or edit Content,
disclose Content or any other communication to users of our Platform by you to law
enforcement authorities or take any action we consider necessary to remedy the breach.
8.2 If we become aware that a user is underage, we will deactivate that user's account
immediately and delete all information and content of that user from the Platform and all
back-ups. If you are a parent or legal guardian and become aware that your minor/child has
registered on the Platform, please notify us immediately.
